I’ve been drinking tea most of my life without realizing that I’m guilty of one or two of these mistakes too. Crushing the teabag against the cup — yes, and pouring still boiling water over the tea too. I just bought a kettle with a more precise temperature control so it’s easier for me to get the heat just right. Thanks Javier!
