  • 2 cubes of turmeric root or failing that two teaspoons of turmeric powder.
  • The juice of a lemon.
  • 2 tablespoons honey.
  • Water enough to fill two cups.

Preparation.

  • Heat the water in a kettle or water heater or similar and add it to each of the cups.
