How to Make an Iced Chai Tea Latte
Start by putting all of your chai ingredients in a large glass bottle or jar. You can use an old canner, an SSF canner, or a jar.
You can either use a refrigerator or a freezer to store your chai ingredients. Next, pour your chai ingredients into the jar, and then add added ice and enough milk to make it a proper latte (don’t overfill the jar).
Once the ice is all full, put the lid on the jar, and store it in the fridge to chill the ice.

The Biggest Turnoff in an Iced Chai Tea Latte: Too Much Sugar
There is nothing wrong with sugar in moderation. However, when you overuse it, you become susceptible to having an adverse reaction to it.
One study observed that the most common reaction to the sugar in chai lattes is high insulin levels.
One study even concluded that individuals with high insulin levels should limit their intake of sugar.
This means that if you tend to get FODMAP (leaky gut) symptoms such as abdominal spasms, gas, and diarrhea, then it is best to avoid iced chai lattes.
However, if you do not suffer from any of these conditions, or if you enjoy a regular chai latte without the FODMAPs, then there is no reason to avoid an iced chai latte.
